This 15 x 15 heat press adopts the latestdouble-tube heating technology and two-layer insulation technologyto improve the transfer performance. With reliable motherboards &an accurate temperature control device, the stability has also beenfurther improved.
The double-tube heating design ensuresthe heating more uniform and the better transfer quality. Comparedwith single tube heating, the temperature difference is only about5 ℃ between the center and the edge.
The latest two-layer insulationtechnology ensures that the sublimation heat press's surfacetemperature is only about 50 ℃ when the working temperature reaches210 ℃.
Under the same pressure, the upgraded newhandles are more labor-saving & stable. Add 2 layers of thermalinsulation cotton, a 4-mm aluminum silicate paper insulation, and a10-mm thick thermostable sponge to improve the transfereffect.
This t-shirt press machine has a 15"x 15"(38 X 38 cm) large heat platen, which provides a big surface totransfer onto flat-faced items. The Teflon-coated platen isnon-stick, avoiding scorching of transfers.
