Our Commitment
At Wise Web Wares, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We are committed to customer satisfaction and have outlined our return policy below.
International Shipping
Currently, we only accept orders for shipping within the USA.
Returns & Exchanges
- 30-Day Guarantee: We guarantee against manufacturer's defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within this time frame, provided they are in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Manufacturer Warranties: For products with manufacturer warranties extending beyond 30 days, returns should be directed to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
- Return Authorization: Items may be returned only with prior authorization. Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before sending any items back.
Exceptions
- Bulk Deals Section: Items from this section are final sale and not covered under our standard return policy.
- Gaming Products: All gaming products, including consoles and games, come with a manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Defective items should be addressed with the manufacturer.
- Personal Care Items: For defective personal care items, please contact the manufacturer directly. Unopened items may be returned to us under our "Unwanted Returns" section.
Unwanted Returns
- Unwanted products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products must be unused and in their original condition. An RMA# is required.
- Refused Delivery: Treated as "Unwanted Returns" and subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Defective Items
- Must be reported and returned within 30 days of delivery with an RMA#. An exchange, store credit, or refund will be offered once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping and Handling Fees
- Non-refundable, except in cases where Wise Web Wares has shipped an incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund/store credit.
Damaged Items & Loss Claims
- Damaged During Shipping: Notify us within 10 days of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and proceed according to their policy.
- Lost Items: Notify us within 30 days of shipping if an item is lost in transit. We will file a claim with the carrier, and a refund, exchange, or credit will be issued once the claim is processed.
Reconditioned Products
- Products marked with an (R) are factory reconditioned and tested to meet quality specifications. They may come with a 90-day manufacturer's warranty.
Order Processing and Shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping options include Ground, 3 Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and USPS for PO Boxes.
Checking Stock
- All products listed on our website are in stock unless otherwise specified.
